About us

Regenerative was founded nearly a decade ago, but we are still at the beginning of our journey.

While the world was going through a global awakening in 2020, Regenerative Group was also going through its own transition. Originally founded in 2012 as an impact investment vehicle, Regenerative was seeded with funds created through many generations of deliberate entrepreneurial work. In 2020, Regenerative built on its own legacy to form a new group with a focus on catalysing shifts in systems change.

Our past is very much our future. We believe that the mistakes we have made are our most valuable asset. We strive to take our learnings forward into new and exciting ventures.

This website is a reflection of both the work we have done and the direction we want to go in.

Our Principles

We seek to integrate impact with innovation. Business as usual is not acceptable.

We firmly believe that We > I. We are drawn to people and projects where collective interests are put before individuals gains.

We do our best to lead by example.

We build meaningful long-term relationships’, and not just commercial transactions.

We empower our team and invest in their personal and professional growth.

Our values

Trust.

We choose to trust people and their abilities, and establish systems that support trust-building.

Integrity.

We strive to embody and live our values in practice.

Thoughtfulness.

We listen, reflect, and respond to the needs of others.

Fun.

We make time to bond, to share meals and to celebrate life.

Open-minded.

We are willing to adapt to the changing opportunities and requirements around us.

Collaboration.

We seek to work with others to realise a joint goal and aspiration.

Getting S**t Done.

We are problem solvers and will find a way of getting things done.
